Macaroni and Cheese
Prep:
Cook 1lb. macaroni according to package directions
Rinse with cold water
Grate about 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
Grease 9x13 in. pan
Cheese Sauce:
Heat 4 tablespoons butter on medium heat
When melted add 4 tablespoons flour
Whisk
Add 2 cups milk
Whisk
Cook and stir until starts to thicken
Add cheese
Add 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
Pepper to taste
Do not over-cook
Assemble:
Layer the macaroni and cheese sauce in the 9x13 pan
Mix
Cover with foil
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
